If you are feeling fed-up, alone, distressed, worried, or just want to talk….. you can call our freephone helpline number on 1800 833 634. We are open Mondays and Tuesdays 8pm-11pm, Wednesdays 3pm-6pm, Thursdays and Fridays 9pm-12 midnight, Saturdays 8pm-12 midnight, and Sundays 8pm - 11pm.
